Pressure Sensor Dice Uncompensated (Pb-free & RoHS-compatible): Pressure sensors can be delivered as dice, for very small embedded applications. The sensor can even be integrated into another device. Dice are usually delivered as tested sensor on a sawn wafer on blue foil (mylar type). The pressure range offered is from 100mbar (10KPa) up to 14bars (1400 KPa), Die sizes range from 1.48 x 1.62 mm to 2.5 x 2.5 mm. Typical applications are cost critical high volume OEM products.
