DESCRIPTION
 The SM5420 is for 0 - 15 PSI to 0 - 100 PSI applications. The device is uncompensated, meaning that the sensor output is directly from the silicon sensor chip, allowing customers to embed low cost pressure sensors into their own circuitry. The SM5420 series sensor is provided in a surface-mountable configuration for use in SMT board mounting.
SM5420 are comparable to the SM5108 product, which is the die contained in the SM5420.
