Ceramic pressure sensor ME707 with flat membrane and ratiometric 0.5...4.0V output signal

DESCRIPTION

The pressure sensors of the series ME707 are piezoresistive ceramic sensors with a ratiometric output signal 0.5...4.5V. The sensors are based on the twopart sensors elements of the series ME501/505 and therefore available in gauge , absolute and sealgauge version. The signal conditioning is done on a small PCB board, which is mounted directly to the sensor. Laser trimming of chip resistors on the PCB adjusts span and offset. Therefore an excellent longterm stability and negligible temperature drifts can be guaranteed. This product has been developed for low cost applications (e.g. automotive applications). With respect to reliability and accuracy the ME707 sensors are comparable to those of the series ME501/505.

Thanks to the good chemical resistivity of the ceramic the ME707 sensors can measure pressure in nearly all aggressive media. The ME707 sensors are easy to mount like the sensors of the serie ME501/505.
