The advantages of a precise, capacitive humidity sensor with the high functionality of an ASIC are combined in these models. Integrated signal processing with linearity error and temperature drift are corrected providing an outstanding accuracy over a wide range of application parameters. Excellent resistance to chemical and dew formation. A variety of packages and models are presented below. The HYT Series are now produced by IST.
