DESCRIPTION
 The pressure sensor module ME704 has been designed for OEM customers, who want to produce long term stable, and highly overpressure resistant pressure transmitters and particularly submersible transmitters.
The pressure sensor module ME704 is based on a capacitive ceramic sensor made of Al2O3 96% resp. Al2O3 99.9%. It features high resistance against aggressive media. The module can be used in all media, which are
compatible with ceramics and the used sealing materials
Additionally the module offers a serial interface allowing digital processing of the measured value. The module is controlled by a low power microcontroller.
Beside the pressure also the temperature of the sensor is measured in order to compensate it. The low current consumption predestines the module also for battery fed applications.
