FEATURES

  • 3 mm or 6 mm pressure port
  • Linear, repeatable, reliable, competitively priced, small package sizes
  • High level output signal saves space and adds reliability
  • Operational amplifiers and temperature compensation thin-film-resistors are integrated on one chip
  • Offset voltage and sensitivity are pre-calibrated
  • Rated pressure: -24.5 to 1000 kPa, depending on model
  • Pressure type: Gauge pressure / Gauge negative pressure
  • Pressure media: non-corrosive gas
  • Supply voltage (constant voltage): 5+/-0.25 V
  • Output voltage: 0.5 to 4.5 V
  • Accuracy options of ±1.5% FS or ±2.5% FS
