The MB-LPS1-01 Series of low microflow pressure sensors measure differential air (or other non-corrosive gas) pressure, inferring differential pressure from nano-liters per second gas-flow through an integrated airflow channel having high flow impedance. Measurement ranges from 0.1" to 2" of water. 3 models, including 3V supply available. Very high overpressures acceptable!
