DESCRIPTION

Using a high quality silicon MEMs pressure sensor as the sensing element, the SPD34 Series delivers an excellent value when a gauge pressure sensor is required. Ordering options include negative pressure (vacuum) or dual polarity (-xx to +xx psi) pressure ranges.

The SPD34 incorporates multi-order digital compensation of offset, span, non-linearity and temperature effects with compensation coefficients stored in an on-board EEPROM.
