DESCRIPTION

ME755 are monolithic piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensors with an output signal option of ratiometric 0.5-4.5V. The ME755 is a gauge pressure with a range of 1.6-400 bar. The ME755 has short circuit and reverse polarity protection in addition to overvoltage protection up to 32VDC. There is an optional version with 16 kV ESD protection with 2 additional surge protection diodes. The standard version has 8 kV ESD protection.

Excellent chemical resistivity make the ME755 compatible in nearly all aggressive media.
