Pressure transducer SM5470

DESCRIPTION

The SM5470 series pressure sensors are surface-mountable Dual-in-line packages (SOIC-16) designed for a broad range of high volume, OEM manufactures of various consumer, automotive, medical, and industrial products.

The SM5470 series sensor is for low pressure applications from 0 - 0.15 PSI to 0 - 3.0 PSI and comes in gauge and differential configurations. The SM5470 uses the SM5103 die for sensing the low pressures.

The performance of the SM5470 is comaparable to that of the SM5450. A number of pressure port configurations are available for this package.
